The organisers of the Burton Motorshow, Phil Barnfield and Jason Liddle of Midland Performance Group, will not be running a Burton Motorshow this year. This has come after 4 successive years organising the show, unforeseen circumstances and personal commitments have had to take priority over the 2008 event.

However, they plan to return next year to make it a huge success and possibly a weekend of motoring mayhem alongside the Annual Burton Regatta in July 2009.
